Amber Ruffin is an American comedian, writer, actress, and television host. She gained prominence as a writer for Late Night with Seth Meyers, becoming the first Black woman to write for a late-night network talk show. In 2020, she launched The Amber Ruffin Show on Peacock. Ruffin has also co-authored the bestselling book You'll Never Believe What Happened to Lacey with her sister Lacey Lamar. Her work has earned multiple Emmy nominations.
