Dr. Keith A. Wailoo is a historian who researches history and health policy, the politics of healthcare, the development of drug policy, and the social implications of health policy. Currently, he is Professor of History and Public Affairs and Chair of the Department of History at Princeton University.Previously, Wailoo taught at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Harvard University, Rutgers University, and the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences. He has published nine non-fiction books.Wailoo received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and his Ph.D. in the History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
