Palwasha Faizan is the Head of Digital Products and Platform Development at Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in Pakistan. Her team is responsible for developing digital solutions to address the financial inclusion challenges in Pakistan, with a focus on empowering women and the rural population. She is the only female team lead in her department, and is passionate about motivating more women to join this industry as well as designing gender-inclusive products. Palwasha was also among the first class of learners in the inaugural 10x1000 Fintech Foundation Program.
