She is autistic, ADHD and has Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) which she explains how this condition impacts her on her day to day life. She is an Emotional Regulation Specialist and works with families, often in the home to help support family members who may have challenging behaviours to learn more helpful strategies and coping mechanisms.We talk about sensory issues and the dreaded fire alarms.
