Agile development is fast and lean and requires a close knit team of people working and collaborating day to day and hour to hour. We’d like to talk about our approach as an external UX team needing to integrate closely with a client and their agile development team. We’ll demonstrate how we retain our working space and how we synchronise and integrate our team into the agile development team without having to camp out on their doorstep bathed in fluorescent lighting.
