Align your business, fitness, and health by talking to those who have found success in doing so.  This week we got the chance to sit down with Mona JhunJhnuwala, a tea enthusiast turned entrepreneur.  Raised in Hong Kong, Mona found tea as an escape from the high speed lifestyle that is this booming international city.  After continuing her studies at the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration and East Asian studies, Mona moved back to Hong Kong.  While working full time, she made regular volunteer trips up to Southern China to learn more about the complexity that is farming tea.  Excited to share what she had found, Mona sent samples to her friends and family.  This expression of her excitement, turned into what is now teawala. A fully operational business that has sales going all over the world.
