On this Veterans Day, it's important to note that U.S. veterans are dying by the tens of thousands every year and nobody is being held accountable. Very few VA employees have been indicted or arrested for these crimes. Over 8,000 veterans a year are committing suicide because they cannot get access to federally mandated health care as earned benefits, the equivalent of a World War II Bataan Death march every year.

Because of this, a group of veterans is suing the United States of America, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as all past Secretaries still living.
