Hello everybody, ladies and gents. Welcome back. Today we have an interview with Ash Beech, who you might know as ‘Eat Plants’. Ash first came to my attention on Youtube where he’s documented a crazy fitness journey. More recently, Ash has compiled ‘Blood Sport’, a document that details the important role our blood plays in our athletic performance in addition to some advice on how we can harness the power of blood to enhance our training. We spoke about that in this chat, along with some other related bits and bobs:
