On my personal journey of self improvement, discipline has been at the core of my development. However this was not a trait that I was born with. I had to learn from my mistakes, accept the harsh realities of my decisions, and ultimately take responsibility over my self discipline. The hardest part of this process wasn't the practice of being consistent with difficult but necessary tasks. It was the process of understanding what it truly means to be disciplined and the mindset adaptation needed in order to implement a life of discipline at will.
