Elaine Wilson grew up in two renovated caves in the middle of the Utah desert under a strict religious ideology involving enforced polygamy at the age of 15. There, she home-schooled herself, spending most of her time writing novels and music. Her story is extremely moving and awe-inspiring. She has experienced an immense amount of adversity and, yet, has become an accomplished author, public speaker, and a PhD student, as well as a mother of four children.
