It’s ancient, it’s been around for thousands of years but there’s something super futuristic about it because what they are doing is training their consciousness to be present and fully aware so you are able to step into  awareness beyond the physical body. You need to understand what that feels like to be present. Ways of being present is practicing throughout the day to have you more in the power of the now, more aware with your surroundings, your thoughts, your day to day life and taking it in, calming the chattering mind and getting to these meditative places. We can do this in our day to day life and the more we do it, the more we feel prepared for death and also we life in a more lucid and enriched and magical way.”

About Tree Carr
Tree Carr is a certified death doula and end of life guide; she teaches conscious dreaming practices, hosts workshops and ceremonies and is a published author. At a very young age she started to explore the realms of spirituality and consciousness which lead her to the multi-faceted gifts she carries out into the world today. The double scorpio in her chart might be one of the reasons for her natural inquisitiveness and interest in all things around death and mysteries. Growing up, Tree always felt comfortable talking about death and joining funerals. Now she sees herself as an Advocate of Death positivity and death education and is commited to remove the taboos around it by holding death cafe’s and speaking publicly about it. As an End of Life Guide she is supporting diseased or dying people and their families on an organizational, emotional and spiritual level. In her work around Dreaming she guides people through different kinds of practices to connect to conscious dreaming and to gain deeper understanding for the realms of their dreams. Tree is a published author of the books „DREAMS: How to Connect With Your Dreams to Enrich Your Life“ and her upcoming one which is called „Conscious Dreamer“ and will be published in May 2021.
