Bootstraps aims to shed light on the irony of the word "Bootstraps" by highlighting that we do not achieve success in isolation. Often times, our view of the world is derived from the information around us. By nature, this is only a subset of reality. Moreover, when you are facing challenges this is hyper magnified. In this podcast our goal is simple- to help quell information asymmetry and share the stories of those who overcame the odds to be successful. However, this is not a podcast that is meant to only inspire. Our goal is create a world where these conversations become fireside chats around your homes and communities. We will also pull out from these stories actionable insights and resources you can apply to your lives. Hosted by Halimo and Ridwan Hassen, our guests will come from all walks of life. Interviews will be held with investors, millionaires, artists, producers, entrepreneurs and people that could be your neighbor.
