Luke Dale-Roberts needs no introduction, he's a world-renowned top chef who's taken the culinary scene by storm from the time he ventured into Asia to expand his palette right to when he moved to South Africa, taking La Colombe to new heights - getting the restaurant to rank on the global World's 50 Best within 2 years. Armed with a gleaming resume, he set off to open his own venture: enter The Test Kitchen,  this was the era that propelled Dale-Roberts to meteoric success - from notching 12th on the World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards, to a six-year reign atop the Eat Out restaurant awards list (aka South Africa's restaurant Oscars), resulting in a slew of haunts he opened off the back of his success. The Shortmarket Club, TTK Fledgling, the newly opened The Test Kitchen Carbon in Joburg as well as the award-winning, The Pot Luck Club. He is heralded by the industry as one of the stalwarts and has single-handedly sprouted and inspired his own new generation of top chefs. Armed with an even firmer dedication to fitness and mental well-being, Dale-Roberts is showing no signs of slowing down as he gears up to open a new spot this festive season.
