You can’t lead if you aren’t living a life worth following 

This was a phrase given to me by Joey Maldonado, the head pastor at The Movement Church in Nashville. It absolutely crushed me, in the best way. It reframed my whole way of thinking around leadership and, even better, added a 1+2=3 process for leading. You’re in a position of leadership + You living a life worth following = good, inspirational, valuable leadership.
