Online reviews are a must in any in business. No matter if you are B2B or B2C or a mixture of the both in today's world of the never-ending of review websites you need to find the ones your business is on and start monitoring them.

This might be some or all of them, but most important are the key ones would be Facebook, Google for Business & Travel or industry review pages that are relevant to your business. These are non-negotiable in my opinion to monitor, however, each industry is different, and a quick google search will find the perfect ones relevant to your business.

Replying to reviews can be daunting and time-consuming, however being 2017 and the digital world we live in, not responding can do more damage than the actual comment its self as it looks like you are avoiding it. However, just pressing the Like button or leaving a generic reply can also do the same amount of damage.

Just think, your client spent time out of their busy day to leave a comment, no matter if its out of frustration of lack of service or issues or positive experience and letting you know how satisfied they are. So many reviews are left unresponded or even just liked… How do you think your reviewer is thinking? They just told you how great they are and you just press like as a response.

Appreciation makes the digital world go around and having a reply that is custom to each review helps build a relationship both with positive and negative comments. As many reviews are honest, and if consistent can help build the business for the better.
