Process is the transformative agent. It's the change that made you. Even in leadership realm, there's a process in rising to prominence. Between the Genesis and Revelation of anything, there is an Exodus. The beginning and the end of a thing is important but so is the journey in between the two. We focus so much on the glory that we forget the lorry that conveyed us to that glorious place.
