Despite my years of 'thinking' I was cool, my introverted nature got the best of me, leading to an embarrassing moment with a few colleagues.
After that experience, I felt "off" the entire convention.
I bet you have felt the same.
A loss of confidence.
A feeling that you might stick your foot in your mouth or do something else to add to the already uncomfortable feeling you have.
Or, just knowing that you just did something so opposite of what you would ever do.
Embarrassing moments are uncomfortable, and we want to hide afterward, but they can also help you step out of your comfort zone as you embrace the good, bad, and ugly of who you are.
