She reminds us that the power of the buyer is underestimated; that manufacturers and suppliers will respond to losing business, and can be encouraged to use recycled materials instead of virgin plastics. She also sets out the importance of representing diversity in games, and how Jiminy has refused to distribute toys that fail to represent diversity.
