Solstice is a new mix series where I'll be releasing an exclusive mix two times a year. It's a reminder of what mixes used to be like. Hearing mixes like this back in the day is what inspired me to become a dj and producer. As a kid, I wanted to aspire and be like a Bad Boy Bill, a Richard "Humpty" Vission, a DJ Bam Bam, and make my own Bangin The Box, House Connection, and House Blend. Those mixes had so much energy and I believe that's missing nowadays. So, this mix is for the next generation of djs and productions to get inspired by, and I hope you get the same wonder I had when I first listened to a mix like this. Enjoy!
