Today we are joined by John Pawsey, an organic farmer located in the South East of England, who in 2020 planted 50 acres of trees to start his Agrofrestry journey. He uses a wide variety of crop rotations and his sheep herd to build and maintain healthy soils that are resilient to pests and diseases. 
From the west of the country we have Jonathan Boaz. Jonathan does a lot of experimentation with new but, most importantly, practical ideas that he can use in his business to have productive soils.
