If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the number of projects and tasks you're juggling, you’ve come to the right podcast! Learn how to “Clone Yourself” to get more done! Hiring VA’s to support my business and content I create is the real reason why the Silicon Valley Business Journal named me to their 40 Under 40 List! In the past 5 years, I have overhauled my business to run itself (while increasing sales year over year) so that I could focus on creating content. It all started with a failed training to scale my business with actual employees. I had to re-evaluate everything I did in my business and that's when I made the conscious decision to move away from an employee biz model to a VA (virtual assistant) biz model.This became the defining moment of my career.I couldn't be happier! I no longer go to the office. I no longer have to deal with the headaches of employees (let's be real)... AND now I have 7-10 VA's for the price of what was 1 employee!
