HELLP Syndrome stands for: H (hemolysis, which is the breaking down of red blood cells)EL (elevated liver enzymes)LP (low platelet count)

My liver enzymes had reached 3000 (normal is 72 or close to that) and my platelets had dropped to 22, and the only way to cure it is to get your baby out and get rid of your toxic placenta.
