About Janine

Janine Fafard is certified as a Professional Teacher of Kripalu Yoga and the

Yoga of the Heart. Furthermore, she has studied the Himalayan tradition in India under Swami Veda Bharati. As a child, she wanted to be an astronaut so she could explore the cosmos but life led her to explore the inner space of oneself!

Her passion for the arts of healing led her to intensively study spiritual psychotherapy and various healing modalities but in an unconventional way.

Janine has lived and taught yoga in Costa Rica for 30 years. He has also taught in Canada, Italy, Mexico, Panama, and the United States. Lately his focus is more with Yoga Nidra which is a very deep form of meditation. In June of this year, he will participate in the first Yoga Nidra conference in the United States.

She has been an organizer and networker for holistic events and has dedicated the last 30 years to helping people achieve inner peace through an inner journey of self-healing developed by her called "Tapping into Soul" .

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with as many people as she can so that they can weave therapeutic and restorative modalities into their lives to achieve a greater sense of inner and outer peace.
