This is my first episode in quite a while, several months at least, so I'm back with someone cool. With baseball on lockdown, I caught up with Cubs righty Alec Mills to talk about how he's keeping in shape during the downtime. We also discussed the work he's doing with his two-seam and the filthy slow curve that is making hitters look silly.
