She has the heart of a teacher and wants to assist other practice owners on their journey. With a career spanning more than four decades, Kimberly Lucas has witnessed dentistry evolve and transform. Her extensive experience, starting as a dental assistant in 1983, has taken her through various roles, including dental office management, teaching and coaching. Kimberly is not just an expert in dental practice management but also a dedicated coach and consultant. Her work experience with the Schuster Center, as a coach and faculty member, training from the Sandler Sales Institute and Masterful Coaching equips her with the knowledge and skills to guide dental practices towards success.
