Let me bring you back to the beginning before this. Back then, I was very unhealthy person. I ate a lot of junk food and I had big belly. You gotta do father's responsibility when your kids can't finish their food right. "Go Daddy." I always fell sick and need medication to recover.⁣⁣

When doctor mention the word "surgery", I was nervous and scared! But I have to be tough on the outside as well. I had to do it for my kids and family. I underwent the surgery and phieww..it was a success.⁣⁣

It's time for me to take a control on my health again. The easiest mode of exercise is running. I start to run again after breaking up with it for few years. It was tough at the beginning but I slowly catching up with it.⁣⁣

Running not only save me but it give me a lot of opportunity. I met new friends. I become more healthy and handsome of course (haha). I am a running youtuber now (giving advice, tips and record my running). I am so grateful all these happen. Family, surgery and now running. Running really changed my life 180 degree.⁣⁣
