Back in the day I remember needing music for a Bar/Bat Mitzvah that I wasperforming. I saw an ad in DJ times for BMP Productions and their great CD of Jewishmusic perfect for any Mitzvah celebration. Then, much to my delight I foundadditional CDs for parties, cocktail hour, weddings etc. etc. Obviously, a DJwho was connected and really smart about business had recorded all of thequintessential music needed to play at private events and put it into aCD collection. This particular DJ is Philadelphia’s own Bobby Morganstein. Bobbyhas done just about everything you can do catering for parties and Mitzvahcelebrations. Talk about being the bright businessman? He even opened up hisown club/catering facility called Beat Street in order to get the cateringbusiness as well as the entertainment business. He is always seen at the DJshows selling creative accessories to enhance any DJ’s wardrobe and DJpresentation.On this episode of the archive we go back to the 2007 at the DJ Times Expo in AtlanticCity.
