I thought I’d seen it all until this interview.

This candidate came in confident and wildly unqualified.

His “experience” included:
- Watching YouTube tutorials (so basically an expert, right?)
- A groundbreaking workforce scheduling idea - morning people work mornings, night owls work nights. Genius? Maybe.
- A side hustle plan to sell snacks during meetings for “morale boosting.”

And the best part? 

He updated his LinkedIn to say he ALREADY worked at my company… before the interview.
