This conversation is about creating a simple structure for neurodivergent solo moms who are focused on running their own business. I emphasise the importance of keeping the structure simple and acknowledges the challenges of balancing neurodivergence and parenting. I share my own experience and offers tips for setting up a daily structure, including pulling oracle cards, connecting with the body, talking or writing, posting on social media, and one-on-one connection. I encourages experimentation and finding what works best for each individual.
