Lisa is ready to get back out on the Invitational scene with ENYO 7. She is a busy Mum, balancing family life, training and full-time work as a teacher. Lisa shares her experience of training at Ippon Gym in Bournemouth and particularly highlights the female changing rooms, and whilst it's not an indicator of a great BJJ gym, it might make new women to the sport more comfortable.

Lisa is an exceptional PE Teacher, also offering BJJ in schools and festivals, and supporting self-defence for young women. She is very excited for her upcoming Super Fight at ENYO 7.
