In this final episode of season one, I talk about mantras or sound tools that are a common adjunct in the practice of meditation. There will be an opportunity to practice meditation with the Buddhist (although secular wording) mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum' that translates to 'Praise to the jewel in the lotus.'

From The Podcast

For those interested in meditation, mindfulness, nonduality (the philosophy of oneness) and the exploration of consciousness; this podcast started as a daily livestream in March 2020 as we were headed into lockdown in the midst of a global pandemic. It was aimed primarily for those like myself, working in health services, at the frontline, but encouraged by the feedback I received from my non-medical friends, I remastered the livestreams for podcast format.
