Michael Gates (michael@mgcrossculture.com) is the owner and Managing Director of Michael Gates CrossCulture and an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School University of Oxford where he teaches cross-cultural negotiation. Michael has been a cross-cultural trainer, coach and writer for more than 20 years, and previously worked in commercial radio in the UK. Based in Helsinki, he is originally from the North of England.
