Come along with us as we work towards the effort of contributing to ending the stigma around mental health. In this podcast, we discuss various things we have experienced throughout life. and the impact it has taken on us mentally and emotionally as we search to find meaning and purpose, in the uphill battle forward. The trauma, addictions, recovery and the healing journey we are on now. We will have special guests who join us in our effort and have taken up the courage to share their experiences with the world with the hope of meeting those who struggle where they are at, and providing insight, on how they too may find meaning in the hardships.
