Dave Rainford manages Higher Folds Community Centre in Leigh, Greater Manchester. The business, a charity and community hub in a financially and socially deprived area, has grown and opened a now thriving 2-5 year old's Nursery to give local children a great start in their education and make the organisation financially sustainable.
Their latest venture is a food recycling business, a great support for local families during the Covid-19 crisis, and we are moving into food recycling.
