In this episode, I share with you what I've done during the first month of my postpartum weight loss journey. Three months ago, I had my 3rd baby and at the new year, I decided it was time to get healthy again!
I cleaned out my pantry of all our treats left over from the holidays that I found myself wanting to constantly snack on. I also printed out a paper calendar to put on my fridge that would help me keep track of my goals and progress. I set a goal for myself to walk 5,000 steps a day and to start logging my macros in myfitness pal. In just one month of doing these things, I was able to lose 9 lbs!
