Starting your day in the flow state can seem impossible for some, but it's really not that hard with just a few simple tricks. The most important thing you can do is decide that you have the power to take control of how your day will unfold. We can't always schedule a yoga session, or a run or even a 20 minute meditation, but there are some little tricks we can do that are quick and essential  to starting the day in a flow state. If you don't seize control of your day in the first few minutes of waking up, you are losing a supreme opportunity to shift your energies at your ripest. A little investment in the morning means a big pay off throughout the day!
