We're exploring entrepreneurship from all angles today with the team from Enderly Coffee in Charlotte, North Carolina. Roaster, rapper, landscaping wizard Marquell Pettiford joins us to discuss how he lifted himself up out of a bleak future through hard work and young entrepreneurship. His mentor, Tony Santoro, owner of Enderly Coffee, discusses why he took a chance on Marquell and why his business and life philosophy is all about treating people like people.

Enderly Coffee is not your average coffee company. They use baby pictures for staff photos. They have a section on their website called "Our Why" that details Tony's focus on strengthening his community by forging relationships and inspiring others to live for others. Whoa. It has formed the basis of Marquell and Tony's friendship and business relationship.

Pour a cup of coffee and listen to this wide ranging discussion on making money in a sustainable way, lifting up neighborhoods instead of tearing them down.
