Yael Nevo is the co-founder and co-director of Genderscope, a consultancy based on working with organisations to improve gender equality in the workplace.

It was amazing to meet a founder with such dedication and passion for a cause that she has dedicated 17 years of her life to, and approaching it in a soft manner based on theory and evidence.

With help from Virgin Startups, Genderscope has been able to work with LSE as well as expand internationally such as working on projects in Indonesia. 

Really interesting conversation on a topic which can be so easily misunderstood and conflated with other issues.
