Ludvig is a serial entrepreneur who’s been into the world of entrepreneurship since 21 and until 35 built and developed a group of companies within the entertainment publishing industry. At 35, he had a breakdown and an epiphany stemming from the feeling of having it all yet at the same time feeling completely empty, and realizing that he was a slave to his own thoughts and mind, and had no way out with no tools. After going through an inner transformative process, landing in a new version of himself connected to his heart, he’s now continued to build companies and initiatives around holistic health. Today, he runs Björnbacka Retreat Center and Inner Journeys, an umbrella company for inner development programs and courses.
