In this weeks episode, I have a conversation with Dr. Raisa Alvarado- an assistant professor of communications at CSUSB. We talk about Linguistic compliance, code- switching, and our "gold star lifestyles". We also talk about fitting in to academia and finding a spaces within  spaces that was Raisa says were not made for us but can be challenged.
