I3 Talk is an essential part of every innovation builder’s day. It’s not for everyone, just the people who never let established thinking get in the way of a great idea. Crafted as a lifestyle podcast for small town entrepreneurs, i3 Talk speaks to the values and interests of people who take risks, help others, and understand that the world has changed, but in that change there are opportunities to improve every community across the country through innovation and main street commerce.

The format is simple: Each episode will be based on a single word that is part of every entrepreneur’s life. Words like “risk”, “pitch”, “choices”, etc. I’ll invite three or four people who have started businesses to answer a series of questions about that word. During the 1-hour show, we’ll dig deep into the thinking of successful entrepreneurs, but it won’t all be just about business. Along the way, we’ll take little detours and do short segments about food, travel, innovative products, or other interesting things that make life worth living. These “coffee breaks” will highlight the good things that can happen when a person decides to take a risk and build a business from scratch.

Now I know there are probably hundreds of entrepreneurship podcasts, so you may be asking yourself why does the internet need another one? Well, it’s pretty simple: The heroic doctors, nurses, and entire medical community will save America. But soon, entrepreneurs – innovation builders – will rebuild it. We want to capture that story in a personal way so future generations can use it as a point of inspiration.
