In Business with: SS9 is an informal business podcast, brought to you by Charlotte Wood from Rosewood Financial Planning, and Emma Smith from Los Social Ltd.

We are both passionate about how our work supports our local area, so we set out to create something that gives local business people a platform on which to share their stories, their values, as well as a way of promoting their offerings and increasing awareness.

We're putting the spotlight on the voices behind the brands in Leigh-on-sea, Westcliff, and the surrounding areas. Series 2 focuses on those who have gone into business with a friend, relative, or partner - we're seeing what happens when you mix business with pleasure!

Episode #11 features business partners &  friends Clare Martin and Charli Davies, co-owners of Do it Like a Mother. DILAM is based on London Road opposite Chalkwell Park and put simply, aims to bring parents the most empowered experience of pregnancy, birth, and parenting. They offer a safe space packed with support groups, social meets, and activities. Charlotte learns why they made the decision to take over the business and how they've been working together as partners.
