Welcome to .Insights without boundaries –  A comical self imposed mystery shopping exercise with a TWIST! 

The show is recorded at various business locations. We observe customer experiences and staff behaviours and then choose to judge, criticise, reason, and say or do anything else that comes to mind. We also give compliments and praise where due -  Oh and sometimes we offer advice and make recommendations.    

Armoured with a lap top and two heavy duty headsets we give the impression that we are working on something huge and important OR…maybe we just look like a couple of delusional individuals 

And yet here we are; mystery shopping and bench-marking our personal expectations and customer service standards
