Community leader Iris Roley, the city of Cincinnati's Collaborative Agreement Sustainability Coordinator, related to Jay Shakur the sentiments of many in the wake of the tragic death of 18-year-old Ryan Hinton. Roley says, "It is extremely traumatizing when it is violence from the systems that you pay to protect and serve you."
