March 2019 - It's no secret that adding more movement into your day will give you more energy. I used to self prescribe myself weed to smoke now I am self prescribing myself exercise. I talk a bit about my relationship with working out, how I'd use running to run away from stresses at home or how I would do push ups until my head hurt. Now I am seeking a better relationship with fitness. One that I can keep with, not drop whenever I am feeling better.

I talk to my buddy Chris who is in Winnipeg climbing the ranks in the body building world. He shares wisdom his coaches have given him while giving me his own advice on how to start using working out as a means of getting physically and mentally healthier.
