In April, META founder Mark Zuckerberg boasted about the capabilities of the company's new AI program, Meta AI.

META attempted to jump ahead of the pack after coming into the AI game late, saying its app had capabilities that would make it more appealing than competitors like ChatGPT.

But consumers say that isn't the case.
