Jessica Agnew joins the show to discuss the veteran transition and how she approaches coaching folks jumping into the new chapter of defining themselves beyond service.
Jessica is the founder of Bridgewing Coaching and has dedicated the last four years of her career to working with corporate teams in the learning and development space.
During our conversation Jessica and I wanted to drive home the theme of "Talk to People and Try Stuff". One of the things that plagues most veterans when leaving the military is the ambiguity of choices.
Jessica has helped coach veterans identify their values and deciding what they want their life to be about. Inspired by the book Design Your Life, she uses the Stanford Design Tool of prototyping as a way to help overcome that uncertainty on direction post service.
Overall the conversation was light, fun and most importantly, INFORMATIVE. I really enjoyed this episode and I know that there is something in there for every single veteran.
