Jim and Steve interview artist, publisher, and facilitator Marc Fischer who is centered in Chicago.  In all of his work, Marc has attempted to eliminate the distinction between formal "art practice" and the many other kinds of creative human expression in our world.  His efforts to build community through his collection/presentation of a wide variety of cultural artifacts, and the creation of imaginative artist "residencies" are discussed.
