Richard Andriessen/Major Scales is a musician, writer and performer based in Seattle who has written everything from award-winning shows on the east coast to music for amateur adult films on the west. His songs have played everywhere from RuPaul’s Drag Race to Wigstock. He created his long-touring musical comedy “The Vaudevillians” with stage partner Jinkx Monsoon, with whom he continues to regularly tour original cabaret work. Major recently toured the U.K. with Peaches Christ in the drag parody show “Drag Becomes Her,” and when the world is working,  he can also be seen  performing his annual Halloween horror extravaganza with BenDeLeCreme “Beware the Terror of Gaylord Manor!” in Seattle. His most recent radio play, “WQUR: Queer Quarantine Radio” is available whenever podcasts are streaming.
