What is violent communication? 
The way we have been talked down to in the past eight thousand years. The whole worlds speaks this language in different tongues.
What is non-violent communication?
It is the language of the people that are equal and respectful, who care for each other's needs and feelings and mean no harm in any way.
It can be spoken in any tongues but needs a lot of practice to learn!
Democracy, respect, compassion and care needs to be nurtured and practiced, it cannot be dismissed in one sentence.
